CIAME 2026 at a glance

CIAME 2026 runs from October 26 to 28, 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin). It is jointly organised by the China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association, the China Association of Agricultural Mechanization and the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, under the theme “Leading, Safeguarding, Intelligent, Green”. The organisers’ invitation lists featured areas for smart agriculture and AI-enabled machinery, agricultural robots, new-energy equipment, hill-country machinery, fruit, vegetable and tea equipment, agricultural drones and international pavilions [1].

As of September 16, 2026, 3,168 companies had registered to exhibit, about 27% more than the previous edition, on 177,200 m² of net booth space. For the first time the whole show is indoors, and more than 200,000 trade visitors are expected [2]. For a spring supplier, that means OEM engineers, component buyers and replacement-parts distributors are all in one place for three days.

Visitor registration and the latest show information are on the official CIAME website [3].

What we are bringing to Booth N19B03

The stand focuses on the springs and tines that do the work in the field. Every family below is made to customer drawings or samples, formed on CNC equipment and produced under our ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. Our agricultural brochure lists 50CrVA, 60Si2Mn and 51CrV4 as the typical spring steels, and we can match the coating to the operating environment.

Product family Where it works Spring type
Harvester double torsion springs Combine harvesters, balers, cultivators Double torsion spring
Baler pickup tines Round and square balers, hay pickups Double torsion spring tine
Hay rake tines Hay rakes, forage equipment Torsion spring tine / wire form
Seeder spring tines Seeders, planters, cultivators Torsion spring tine
Seeder extension springs Seeders, planters, planting equipment Extension spring
Cultivator compression springs Cultivators, soil preparation equipment Compression spring
The six families in our Agricultural Springs brochure.

Harvester double torsion springs

Double torsion springs for reels and pickups on combine harvesters, balers and cultivators. Torque and load can be tested against the drawing before release.

Baler pickup tines

Pickup tines for round and square balers and hay pickup systems. These parts see continuous impact and cycling, so wire grade, coil geometry and surface finish are matched to fatigue life. Our spring tines guide explains what to measure on a worn tine.

Hay rake tines

Tines for hay rakes and forage equipment, formed for accurate leg shape and stable dimensions under harsh field conditions.

Seeder spring tines and extension springs

Spring tines for seeders, planters and cultivators, plus extension springs with precise tension and consistent performance across long working cycles.

Cultivator compression springs

Heavy compression springs that keep a stable force on cultivator and soil-preparation tools under repeated working loads.

A display of double torsion spring tines for balers, rakes and tedders in black, red, white, green and yellow coatings
Spring tines in several coatings, shown at an earlier agricultural machinery parts exhibition.

Who should stop by, and what to bring

The booth is set up for three kinds of visitors: OEM engineers specifying springs for new machines, buyers looking for a second source for existing parts, and distributors supplying replacement tines and springs to dealers and farms.

To get a useful answer at the stand, bring as much of this as you can:

  • A drawing, a sketch with key dimensions, or a physical sample (worn parts are fine).
  • The machine and position where the spring is fitted.
  • Load or torque at the working position, if known.
  • Operating conditions, such as dust, moisture, fertiliser contact or temperature.
  • Expected annual quantity and any documentation you need.

There is no fixed minimum order. Samples typically take 7–15 working days and production 15–30 working days, with the exact lead time confirmed at quotation. If you want to prepare a drawing first, our guides cover torsion springs, extension springs and compression springs.

Can’t make it to Tianjin?

You can still see what we will show at the booth:

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers Before You Ask

Clear answers to common purchasing questions.

Still have questions?
Can you manufacture from my drawing without a standard part number?

Yes. Most of our projects start from a customer drawing or application sketch. We review the geometry, material and performance needs, then confirm manufacturability before quoting.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We support both small-batch prototypes and high-volume production. There is no fixed MOQ — quantities are evaluated based on the spring type, tooling and material requirements.

How do you handle springs for high-temperature or corrosive environments?

We select materials (such as Inconel, stainless steel or special alloys) and surface treatments matched to the operating environment. Our engineers can recommend options based on temperature range, media exposure and cycle life.

What documentation can you provide with production orders?

We supply inspection reports, material certificates, dimensional records and traceability documentation as agreed during project setup. PPAP and FAIR packages are available for automotive and aerospace programs.

What is the expected lead time?

Lead time depends on the spring type, material, tooling, quantity and approval requirements. We confirm the production and sample schedule during quotation.

How are payment and delivery terms confirmed?

Commercial terms, delivery address and documentation requirements are confirmed with the quotation before production starts.

What support is available after delivery?

After-delivery questions can be routed through the project contact for drawing questions, quality documents, repeat orders and application feedback.

Can you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. Prototype and pre-production samples can be arranged for dimensional, load and application approval before the full production order proceeds.
